About Me

I have had pedigree dogs for over 32 years.  My late husband Andrew (O'Callaghan) and I established Ferntrees Kennel in about 2003.  We have bred together Papillons and Tibetan Spaniels.  Since his passing 4 years ago, I have kept the kennel going and have had a papillon litter.  His passing inspired me to take up the judging path - not to sit at home and mope.  So I have achieved more than I expected to date, and everyone willing I will continue.  I enjoy the level of judging I am at as it is the learning ground on both parts the exhibitor and the judge.
